Two Loan Agreements were signed between the GOSL and Hungarian Exim Bank valued Rs.6 Billion for Rehabilitation of Labugama and Kalatuwawa Water Treatment Plants on 14.02.2013 at Ministry of Finance and Pllaning. Dr. P.B.Jayasundera, Secretary, Ministry of Finance & Planning on behalf of the Government of Sri Lanka and Dr. Viktor Nagy, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Dr. Szilvia Némedi-Varga, Chief Expert on behalf of Hungarian Exim Bank were signed the agreements. The National Water Supply and Drainage Board will implement the project under the supervision of the Ministry of Water Supply and Drainage and the project is expected to be completed in early 2015. |More|
