Objective of the establishment of Strategic Concerns (Workgroups) in ERD is to aim the strategic focus of the Department other than routine divisional work programs. Based on comparative competency, the members have been selected for the Strategic Concerns (groups) despite of their responsibilities in respective divisions. Strategy, Aid Policy, Staff Quality and MIS are the base grounds for the performance of other Strategic Concerns such as Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Portfolio.
